Whitlock Point

Whitlock Point is a part of a vast, multi-phase project that Stagg Group has undertaken, working with both the the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the Department of Homeless Services. Phase one of this project will complete in early 2025, and includes fourteen stories and over 250 units of much needed affordable housing in the transit adjacent south Bronx. Phase two of this large scale undertaking will incorporate an additional tower, with over 250 additional units of affordable housing. The property will also feature a permanent installation of art featuring local artists, helping to further connect this landmark building to the neighborhood that hosts it.
