Whitlock Point – Phase 2

Whitlock Point – Phase 2 is a part of a vast, multi-phase project that Stagg Group has undertaken, working with both the the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the Department of Homeless Services.

Phase 2 of this large scale undertaking will also be a 100% affordable building, with fourteen stories and 251 apartment units. The property will also feature a permanent installation of art featuring local artists, helping to further connect this landmark building to the neighborhood that hosts it.
