BRONX, NY (November 26, 2025) – This holiday season, Stagg Group delivered its largest charitable effort to date—mobilizing food donations, strengthening community partnerships, hosting tenant appreciation events, and supporting families across the Bronx, Yonkers, and Mount Vernon. With more residents facing hardship this year, the company’s continued commitment to service made a meaningful impact when it was needed most.

Over 1,000 Families Fed Across the Region

Throughout November, Stagg Group organized and participated in multiple food drives, ultimately helping feed over 1,000 families. The company also donated more than 2,500 turkeys, ensuring households across the region could enjoy warm, festive holiday meals.

Tenant Dinners & Annual Community Traditions

Beyond large-scale drives, Stagg Group continues to support its residents directly. This year marked the 3rd Annual Thanksgiving Dinner at 697 Bronx River Road, where tenants gathered for a warm, welcoming evening filled with great food and community spirit. These tenant-focused events reflect Stagg Group’s ongoing commitment to nurturing connection, support, and gratitude within its buildings.

Major Community Partnerships in the Bronx

This year’s initiatives included multiple turkey and food drives in the Bronx, held in collaboration with a broad coalition of partners and community leaders. Key supporters included Bronx Borough President Vanessa Gibson, Sabrina Powell, Director of Special Initiatives at The Echelon Society, Inc., Andy King, Director of the Bronx Youth Empowerment Program, Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz, and Patricia Burlace, Executive Director of the Sister Annunciata Bethell Senior Center. Their partnership played an essential role in ensuring food reached families throughout the borough.

Annual Yonkers Drive with Mayor Mike Spano

Stagg Group also continued its long-standing tradition in Yonkers with its annual Thanksgiving food distribution alongside Mayor Mike Spano. The event helped hundreds of families prepare for the holiday with turkeys and meal essentials.

Our mission has always been to build stronger communities, and that goes far beyond housing. We’re grateful for the opportunity to work with so many dedicated leaders throughout the region. Their partnership allows us to reach more families and make a lasting impact—especially during times of hardship. We are equally proud to support our tenants with events that bring people together and strengthen the sense of community in our buildings.

Philanthropy Continues Into December

Stagg Group’s charitable efforts extend beyond Thanksgiving. December will feature several community-focused initiatives, including:

• December 11: Participation in the Westchester County Association event honoring the retirement of longtime community advocate Amy Allen at Westchester Country Club.

• December 13: Support for the Yonkers Police Toy Drive, helping bring holiday joy to children and families.

A Year-Round Commitment to Community

For Stagg Group, giving back isn’t a once-a-year effort—it’s a cornerstone of the company’s mission. From tenant dinners to regional food drives and ongoing philanthropic partnerships, Stagg Group remains deeply committed to uplifting the neighborhoods and residents it serves across Westchester and the Bronx.
