Prolific Bronx developer Mark Stagg will bring yet another residential building to the borough.

The Stagg Group CEO is planning an eight-story, 50-unit residential building in Belmont at 2317 Cambreleng Avenue, according to plans filed Tuesday with the Department of Buildings.
