Stagg Management is a full-service residential property management company. The division now services more than 500 occupied units that are owned and built by Stagg Development. The commitment to higher standards that starts with the development group and is delivered by the construction division is continued with a team dedicated to high quality maintenance standards and exceptional customer service.

Stagg Management maintains full working crews, including plumbers, painters, handymen, grounds men, part-time superintendents and all other necessary staff. The firm is overseen by a full-time asset manager and Vice President with the hands on experience to manage all aspects needed from rent billing and collection, lease renewals, Section 8, landlord/tenant legal issues and other related functions to the business operation.
