Saunds’ Mountain, completed November 2011, is a beautiful 16 unit building located a block away from the East Gun Hill subway station.  This 4 story walk up is composed of studios, one & two bedroom apartments with balcony views overlooking New York City’s skyline.  This is Stagg Group’s most recent project.
