Stagg Development has been providing quality new construction primarily in the Northeast Bronx, for more than a decade. From as small as two-family homes to 50 unit apartment buildings, Stagg Development is responsible for developing over 1,000 units of housing with more in the pipeline.

Stagg Development stresses high-quality, built-to-last brick construction, and is responsible for the development of more than 1.4 million square feet of real estate with a portfolio value exceeding $175 million. Both homes and buildings are designed to blend into existing local architecture while improving the local aesthetic and strengthening neighborhood pride.

The attention to detail is unusual for this type of housing, and Stagg Development prides itself on characteristics such as brick facades and joisted masonry as a standard. All new units have ceramic tiled bathrooms, open kitchens with quality brand name Energy Star appliances and wood cabinets, in addition to beautiful oak hardwood floors.

Some of the newest buildings have incorporated innovations such as Icynene spray foam insulation, radiant heat, and gas filled windows to increase energy efficiency. Currently, Stagg Development is building 100 new affordable housing units with 100 more units in the development pipeline.

The Stagg team is constantly refining the game plan to take advantage of the latest in technology and efficiency for the betterment of the environment, the City’s changing needs, and the comfort and budgets of the residents who live there.
